Gentle Monday Morning Yoga
Time/Day: Mondays – 11am -12pm

Gentle Yoga in Chaplin, CT- this class is open to anyone, any age, wishing for a gentle yoga experience that energizes, revitalizes and heals.
This class is for all levels of yoga practice and beginners are most welcome! Please come and enjoy!
Tuesday Evening Yoga Class – all levels of practice
– an on-going class – no registration required.
Time/Day: Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:00pm, with optional 20 minute meditation at the end of class for those who wish to stay.
All levels of practice welcome, Beginners welcome. Always there are options to deepen and options to ease off and modify.
You can just show up for any Tuesday evening class whenever it works for you.
Suggested contribution for the above class: $12.00 for adults and $6.00 for children, teens and students
Please pay what works for your budget and come as often as you can!
Free Yoga for Cancer Patients and Cancer Survivors
Thursdays: 4-5pm, 6 week session beginning September 8, 2016

All Levels Friday Morning Yoga Class
Full Body Prana Yoga with Teachings from the 14th Dalai Lama
Friday morning class (session description is below) Drop-ins are welcome!
Time/Day: Fridays: 9:00am to 10:30am.
Location: 12 Merrow Road, Storrs, CT
This is the studio of Mansfield Academy of Dance. The yoga space is upstairs and has large windows and gorgeous wooden floors. For all classes please always dress in layers or bring layers. The space will be warm and comfortable but it is wise to take note of your particular body tendencies in regards to temperature and plan to move with warm muscles. …Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, (or two mats if your knees would like that, and a cozy blanket for deep shavasana relaxation at the end of class… and even a journal if you wish.
Full Body Prana Yoga
Teachings from the 14th Dalai Lama!
Let’s warm ourselves and raise our energy this winter in a full body Prana Yoga practice along with the Teachings of this most gifted, joyful, and beloved of spiritual teachers, the 14th Dalai Lama. His teachings come from his life of exile as well as his deep spiritual Buddhist practices. We’ll spend time learning more about Buddhism and his views on happiness, his teachings that examine the mind, and his graceful way of creating a joyful life.
We’ll do this amidst a deeply concentrating Prana Yoga Practice. This yoga comes from raising the energy, seeking the source stream of flow in the body, and utilizing the powerful stores of natural energy that come to us from a relaxed essence in a body and mind well aligned.
Yoga teaches us to move with a softness that becomes vitality,
flexibility that arises through perseverance,
and mental clarity that is the gift of sustained attention on sensation, and presence.
In yoga we build skills and cellular memory,
that make life rich and beautiful,
relaxed and nourishing.
This is an ALL LEVELS class. All are welcome to register or drop in!
Session cost: Registration cost is $12 per class..registering for a session is committing for a period of weeks.
Dropping in for a class at this studio is absolutely welcome!
Drop-in cost is $17 for a class.
If you ever have trouble paying for a session and need to do it creatively please do not hesitate to talk to me. I love to help make the flow of money and health in your life a loving and peaceful experience.
The space will open at 8:50am for your easy arrival.
